Yes, it's been an eternity since my last post, but finally I am online to the Internet (I think)...
Much has happened in the last 10 days since my last post - 10 days already?! - and I will need a few postings to catch up with all the detail. But the headlines are: started my new job and changed my mind about a new car.
The job is going extremely well, though only 4 days in. I am overwhelmed with information just at the moment, but that is par for the course for a new post and a new role. However, sitting at the canteen enjoying pork and pineapple wraps in the sunshine does tend to help one adjust more quickly!
And the car... Well, here's the thing... A friend of mine is relocating to New Zealand and has offered me his car to buy... who am I to turn down an A4?
Anyway - it is early Monday morning as I write this, and I really ought to be heading to work. I will post again as soon as I can with more detail.
